Tail

    As it happens with the head block, the tail of the shrimp is processed. This needs special care from fishing to moment of its export.

  • IQF Tail

    We obtain this product by removing the head of the shrimp. We then export it in the same way it arrives at the processing plant without any additional procedure. Frozen individually.

  • Precooked Tail IQF

    Precooked shrimp tail, individually frozen and packed in specific grammage presentations.

  • Butterfly

    It is deveined when cutting the back part of the shrimp, leaving flat both halves of the shrimp.

  • Peeling PUD

    Shrimp peeled and unveiled. This shrimp is subjected to the peeling process and then packed for export.

    As in all our categories, peeled and deveined shrimp are processed under high quality standards.
